Dimsport continues to enhance Rapid TPM Add-on Modules’ software for the calibration of the engine parameters.
The new MAP LOCK option, soon available on price list for customers who already own TPM Software Advanced version, allows to lock a custom setting of a programmed TPM Module. Only the author of the setting will be able to unlock the module and vary the values contained in it.
With this new feature, TPM Software Advanced provides additional protection for the tuner, who can therefore protect his development job carried out on a particular vehicle. Unlike the remapping of stock ECUs, no one else (neither the tuner nor the end user) can read the parameters of the module: this means zero risk of data tampering and copying attacks.
