Supporting Politecnico di Milano to compete at Motostudent 2016
Technical support to encourage a group of “newcomers engineers” in their growing path. Rapid Bike team has dedicated a full working day to help a group of students coming from the well-known Politecnico di Milano to turn their dream into reality: completing the set-up of a prototype racing motorcycle and participate to the next edition of Motostudent, a competition which is becoming more and more popular scheduled in mid-October at the prestigious Aragon MotoGP race-track in Spain.
Polimi Motorcycle Factory is a young team of twenty-seven students aging between 20 and 25; they recently got in touch with Dimsport with a very clear idea in their mind: "We need an experienced hand to help us with the bike’s electronic set-up, and Rapid Bike is the 'name' best known in the racing world we fully trust for developing this project".
Starting from a Honda CBR 250 engine students have further developed the rest of the motorcycle adding the final touch of Rapid Bike expertise thanks to the installation of Rapid Bike Racing module, electronic quick-shifter, and YouTune handlebar mounted controller allowing the rider (who is also a student from Politecnico di Milano) to monitor and manage a number of parameters in real time.
