New UP/DOWN SHIFT ASSIST is available!

Introduced during Milan EICMA in occasion of the best international showcase for two wheels industry, the updated version of a popular accessory such as load sensor cell sensor for quick-shifting operations will soon be ready for delivery to motorcycle workshops world-wide.

New UP / DOWN SHIFT ASSIST represents a big step forward in terms of quick-shifting solution offered by RAPID BIKE thanks to a further technological development to perform up-shifting (traditional mode) as well as down-shifting operations (the so-called 'blipper', available only for bike models equipped with ride by wire).

New shifting device exchanging information with EVO and RACING add-on modules via CAN-bus performs accurate shifting kill-time operations in relation to the pressure applied in both directions, upper and lower gear. A greater bike’s handlebar control and lower mechanical stress  (thanks to the shifter’s 'self-learning' process) improve considerably driving safety and deliver outstanding performance.

Another considerable benefit is the possibility to calibrate engine response when opening throttle control using both, Rapid Bike software as well as YOUTUNE device – this unique feature is like having access to a wide range of different “riding modes”.
